Above ground / residential + commercial
Our above-ground safe rooms are poured concrete structures that can double as a vault or panic room. Brick-faced options blend into the house.
Custom / residential + commercial
We build custom residential and commercial basements, including walkout basements, a rare option in Oklahoma.
The same concrete in all three
Every shelter surpasses all FEMA standards and carries a lifetime structural warranty. Underground shelters are priced at $100 per square foot or less.
