Four generations against the Oklahoma sky
In the 1930s, a group of Oklahoma basement, concrete and home contractors joined forces against the state's weather. Four generations later, we are one of the Midwest's established patio-top shelter builders. We have been pouring tornado shelters since 1969, with work installed from Texas to North Dakota.
The work stays practical
Between storms, you can use a shelter as a craft room, exercise room or home theater. When the sky turns, it is there as part of the plan.

What we bring to the site
Concrete is the constant.
We build storm shelters, safe rooms and basements as structures that belong to the property around them.
We pour the structure on site.
We reinforce the concrete throughout the build.
We shape the work around the property, not a truck bed.
